Answer 2. Quality Management.

Project Scope Management?

Check whether project addresses the needs -> check wether what is in the scope is what is being provided -> scope (verify scope)

I thought the same that it should verify scope so it should be scope mgmt but then Rita explains that "address the needs" are the keywords and they are referenced for quality mgmt ....so the answer is quality mgmt...

I was not 100% covinced with the answer

I just hope the exam will provide clearer questions and leave less room for doubts due to dubious phrasing :-)

PMZilla admin any thoughts on it?

My answer is: "Project Scope Management" because it describes the processes ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully.

The Answer Lies within "project staisfies the needs for which it was undertaken", it basically is talking about Customer Satisfaction.

Needless to say which part of PM deals with Customer Satisfaction.

Scope Management

Thanks everyone for the inputs. I will go with "Nominal Group Technique" and agree with most of you said :)

The answer is 2 - Quality Management.

I think the same that it may as well check scope so it ought to be degree mgmt however then Rita illustrates that "address the requirements" are the catchphrases and they are referenced for quality mgmt.  Contact us

I feel the answer is Scope Management because the verify scope process helps ensure customer approval (acceptance) is received for the scope in question.  Customer will approve when the requirements are built to the satisfaction.  Also one of the inputs to verify scope process is 'Validated Deliverables' as per PMBOK 4. Control scope ensures that there is no scope creep and only the needed requirements are developed.
