Hi,

Need Help on Rita's Process Chart.  Under the Initiating Group - 2nd Item is "Determine Company Culture and existing systems".  I would like to know what exactly meant by "Existing Systems".  How it would be different from the next item - "Collect Processes Procedures & Historical Information"?
