RITA's Process Chart

 Hi,

 

Need Help on Rita's Process Chart.  Under the Initiating Group - 2nd Item is "Determine Company Culture and existing systems".  I would like to know what exactly meant by "Existing Systems".  How it would be different from the next item - "Collect Processes Procedures & Historical Information"?

Historical Information & Lessons Learned is Organizational Process Assets


Existing Systems & Culture of a company is Enterprise Environmental Factors.

Existing System


All external and internal system , that are currently  influencing the company working.


These may be like - company's configeration system, information gathering and distributing system, government and indusrial regualations. Environmental and social constraints, etc, which are either affecting the company or company adapting them.
