PMBOK page 69 - Figure III-1. Data Flow Diagram Legend

In PMBOK page 69, there is Figure III-1 which explains the Data Flow Diagram Legend. however
They did not introduce enough explanation for that legend. Please can anyone help me to understand this legend?

I think it is very clear .
I think it is very clear . and nothing to explain .
It is just introduction , while you go through any flow diagram of all 42 processes, as provided in the PMBOK from CH 4 to 12.
some are external some are internal of a subjected process.
