In my opinion, A and D is identical or the same thing. C is plainly incorrect. So that leaves us with B.

Reason : Archive Project Docuemnt contains Lesson Learnt as well ther are many more documents which u need to archive along with lesson learn.

Measure customer satisfaction is done before taht....
Last thing which u do in closing is release the team and just before doing that u archive project documents.

So the ans is A.
