1) If the number of critical paths in the project increases, but the duration of the project remains the same, what should the project manager do?
- Perform crashing to complete project on time
- Fast track the project
- Perform additional risk planning
- Decrease the scope of the project

addtional risk planning, may be executing the (Quantitative analysis) simulation techniques (Monte Carlo), if the option provided for tools, I think this would have been fitted as well.
