For last question regarding Control limit why Option B) is not correct?

 

 Winthin control limit but if seven consecutive point either side of the mean then project is out of control, this is called as rule of seven.

 I think the 111 question is wrong.

It specifies EV and AC and CPI which is not equal to EV/AC.

I think either the question is not correct, or that is why we have "none of the above" answer.

Anyway, can somebody advise if it is possible for CPI to be not equal to EV/AC like in the case above?

For first question the answer is A) Mitigate. It is given in page 304 PMBOK. Rest all are correct based on sspawar answers.
