critical path

1)      The following provides information on a particular task in your project:

Early Start(ES): 25 days
Late Start(LS): 30 days
Early Finish(EF): 50 days
Late Finish(LF): 55 days

Based on this information, you can deduce that:

  1. The task is on the critical path.
  2. The project may get delayed.
  3. The project float is 5 days.
  4. The task is not on the critical path

Ths should be 4. Task is not on the critical path. Since float is 5 days this is not on the critical path. Ideally , float should be 0 for critcal paths

4?

 yes, option 4 is correct

Only info about one task is given, hence 2 and 3 do not apply.

Task Float  = LS - ES = 5, hence not on the critical path => 4

option 4 , this simple one, as the float doesn't refer to Critical path.
