Have confusion regarding following question from Fastrack:

Which planning output may be revised and refined as it moves through the procurement process?

a) Contract

b) Procurement Documents

c) Procurement Statement of Work

d) Proposals

They mentioned answer as (C) but I think answer should be (B). Once procurement SOW is defined and contract is signed, I dont think SOW will undergo any changes. But procurement documentation can be refined during Administer Procurement.
