Hi, I just wanted to get one thing clear , although the baselines are updated after the CCB (Change Control Board) approves it but is the old baseline & the possible new baseline  getting used during the CCB meeting to understand the impact the of change ?. From my perspcetive the possible new baseline must have been made during the CCB because unless that is not done how will the CCB determine if the change suggested is worth change or not i.e prospective impact causing or not.
