1. Can a project manager close the project under the following scenarios

     a. Suggested by Senior Management

     b. Suggested by Sponsor

     c. Suggested by customer directly (Sponsor not involved)

Also is the following project closure sequence correct?

a. Document Lessons Learned by the project team

b. Document performance information of the team

c. Release resources
