Common causes (natural
Common causes (natural patterns) are ussual and know variations in the system
Special causes area un-ussual and unknown variations in the system
So, in my opinion, the answer is B.

it's says it's A,
it's says it's A,
but same question is asked by Oliver Lehmann and it'S B
Also..
If you read on the internet
Common cause = more predictable
Special cause = problem = not predictable at all
