Common causes (natural patterns) are ussual and know variations in the system

Special causes area un-ussual and unknown variations in the system

So, in my opinion, the answer is B.

Be sure to check out the PERT Calculator (link is external) and Earned Value Calculator (link is external) at my site.

I think you are right, it think it's B too

Simplillearn say it's A,  this is wrong

which one is the right answer?

it's says it's A,

but same question is asked by Oliver Lehmann and it'S B

Also..

If you read on the internet

Common cause = more predictable

Special cause = problem  = not predictable at all
