 Hello guys, 

 

Could you help me understand the answer to this question:

 

What BEST describes stakeholders indentification levels?

A: Interest, expectations, importance and influence.

B: Interest, power, importance and influence

C: Impact, power, importance and influence

D: Impact, expectations, importance and interest.

 

 

 

The Answer is A. But I answered C. BUT for me all are right

 As per PMBoK, the four facttors are

power  (level of authority)

interest (level of concern)

influence (active involvement)

impact (ability to affect changes)

Looking at the options given, I think option B is right

Interest, power, importance and influence assuming that importance is same as impact i.e., ability to affect changes

This should be A. Refer PMBOK 246 (10.1 section)

As stated by @san , option A is available in PMBoK and looks like the right option. Can you please confirm the answer?
