Choice C
A : Audit
B : Inspection
So the answer is Both A & B (i.e Choice C)

Question is asking inspection / Audit used (D?)
This conveys that both Inspection & Audit should be used in one of these options not used in one of them. Is that right way to udnerstand this question?
Inspection is part of Montior & control (Verify scope 'deliverables' & Quality control 'attributes')
and Audit is part of the executing , processes are checked tare they as per the standards
in that case is it D?
