inspection and audit

When should one use Inspection and Audit?

A)When the buyer wants to make sure that the product or service is meeting the standards

B)When the buyer wants to make sure that the seller is performing the agreed quality control

C)Both A & B

D)None of the above

 A : Audit

B : Inspection

So the answer is Both A & B (i.e Choice C)

This conveys that both Inspection & Audit should be used in one of these options not used in one of them. Is that right way to udnerstand this question?

Inspection is part of Montior & control (Verify scope 'deliverables' & Quality control 'attributes')

and Audit is part of the executing , processes are checked tare they as per the standards

in that case is it D?

Iam not clear on this. Hence posted the question
