PMP Question on Communications
I sat the exam yesterday (Perth Australia) and was unsuccessful on my second attempt. The exam itself was a lot easier than the first time I sat it.
From memory the exam had a lot of situational based questions.
One quesiton that springs to mind was this:
·
Project manager on the phone to stakeholders and one of them is talking over the rest and not letting them speak, what should the PM do:
o
Talk to loud guy offline directly after the call
o
PM tells him to let others speak whilst on the call
I chose the "PM tells him to let others speak whilst on the call" option but not sure if it was right.
Any ideas?

Yes I guess more practical
Yes I guess more practical thing is to ask during the meeting politely to let others speak too. But if you consider this as negative feedback then its better to talk offline
