Early start calculation: Add 1 to early finish or not?
Submitted by Ahmad1111 on Tue, 05/07/2013 - 23:15
In some sources, early start equals early finish of the previous activity. In other sources, early start is early finish + 1 of previous activity. I know it is a technicality of how you do your project, but which way is correct in the PMP exam? I made mistakes between Rita and Headfirst practice questions because each uses a different method.
Thanks guys.

Do not add 1 to EF for exam
Whatever material available for CPM in Rita is sufficient for exam. For better understanding you can watch
videos explaining CPM on You Tube. I recently cleared PMP and the logic given in Rita's worked for me.
