PMP Q on verify scope.
The client responds back that the deliverables do not match the requirements and need to be reworked. The client emphasized that there are medium severity defects in the system which were clearly mandated in the requirements as "should not exist" in the final deliverables. The project manager is not sure if this was communicated but after looking at the Project Management Plan and the Requirements Documents, he confirms that this was not communicated. Which of the following helped the project manager to clearly identify whether the deliverables were meeting the client defined criteria?

This is about the constrains
This is about the constrains which might be part of the Project Scope Management Plan which has the acceptance criteria, and this is a subsidary plan of Project Management Plan so the Answer is A.

A
Im gonna say A. The project management plans include the requirements making B redundant. There doesnt have to be a traceability matrix, and regardless, this is more about verifying requirements instead of determining which stakeholder is mandating them.

Answer is D
According to PMBOK4 Page 110, Figure 5-11,
The inputs of Verify Scope are: Project Management plan, requirements documentation, requirements traceability matrix and Validated deliverables.
So D is correct.
