Can someone please confirm which of the two books below is enough to study for PMP apart from studying PMBOK?
1. Andy Crowe's Guide
or
2. Rita Mulcahy's PMP Exam Prep 7th Edition
Thanks

Read PMBoK
People across might answer different views. But one thing is for sure even PMI would not know this answer.
PMI has published their source as PMBoK, trust it and read it. All other books are individual written ideas. You have two choices now:
Choice is yours.

BUT....
That's what my worry is i.e. different expert have different advice, direction, tips. And hence they are expert.
But the main issue here is, how would you know PMI would accept their expert advice in the PMP exam question answer. Let's understand with an example, you might have seen some psychometric questions like.
As a PM you see 2 resource argument getting worsen. The conflict has reached to a position where status, culture and financial issues have also come. As a PM what you should do?
1. Immediate talk to them in private 1-1
2. Call an urgent meeting with both of them in private and try to resolve the issue.
3. As this argument has reached its peak i.e. cultures, financial talks etc, you need to tell your manager.
4. Such arguments violates organisational ethics, Inform the HR and senior management to take strict action.
You would see similar type of questions. To my knowledge all points are right, NO PMP Books would have such questions. One expert may say (4) is correct, some might say (3) and so on.
My question is, will you ever know what is the right answer PMI expects?
I am a PMP, and honestly I do not know why I passed and what all right answer I gave. If this is the case, how can I give tips to others?
