In the old exam, below proficient was acceptable to an extent of 1 area. According to my knowledge, the passing criteria in the new exam has not changed but merely the convergance of Prof and Soc Resp with the other areas.
Yep, I have also heard that. Yesterday, a colleague of mine failed and the apparent reason was that he got Below Proficient in MOCO, i.e. an area that requires at least a Moderately Proficient.

a friend of mine got 2 below in old exam and pass.. i got 3 and didnt pass.. :-(
but it´s ok, now im studying others materials and going to try again.

MOCO is short for Monitoring
MOCO is short for Monitoring and Controlling.
I think it was PMBOK and Rita M.....
