Project Manager is Part Time in Functional or Weak Matrix Organisation?
Anyone knows this answer, I selected Weak matrix while answering in Andy Crowe Book and the Correct answer turned out to be Functional.
PMBOK says PM is Part time in both functional and Weak Matrix.
It's Confusing.

It is mentioned that, in strong matrix Project Manager is full time. So we can assume that, inweak matrix Project Manager is part time. Though this is not explicitely mentined; only expediter and coordinator has been mentioned.
Correct me if I am wrong.
