A project manager divides the project into smaller
components. What are these components called?
A.
WBS
B.
Subprojects
C.
Activity durations
D.
Define activity
I read somewhere that when a project is broken down into
(WBS) each small activity becomes project of its own, so my answer would be B.
Could the answer be A and if it is why? Can some please explain?

My answer
My answer is WBS, WBS is the process of subdividing the project deliverables and project work into smaller, more managable component.

Answer should be Sub
Answer should be Sub Projects, since WBS is a process of decomposing scope.
