Single choice only
There are NO Multiple choices.
The exam has single choice questions only.

Not sure what you refering to Ntgobinath, but YES - The exam has 200 Multiple Choice Questions (i.e. 4 choices available) and no discussion, short note, essay type questions, etc.....Eg.
What is a project Charter;
A - ABCD
B- EFGH
C- IJKL
D- MNOP
