Hi Munishmsh,

Project Plan should be the correct answer as it integrates all different plan, including communication plan. The communication plan will have information related to the stakeholders and their communication details.

If you had mentioned that Option 1 was a Project Management Plan, I would have chosen that as we know that the Comms Mngt Plan and many others sit in there.


In these regards, I would choose the Project Charter as it usually includes the stakeholders and their general requirements. Also note that stakeholder identification is a constant process and happens pass just the initiating and planning groups.
