Cleared PMP

Dear All,

I had cleared PMP Today. I am very thankful to PMZILLA for their valuable suggestions/LL.

Books Refered:- Rita , PMBOK  (Both two times)

Exams:- PMStudy, HeadFirst, End Chapters of Rita, Exam Cental (All Free and scored between 73 to 80 in them)

Time : 2 months

Exam is very easy. It has many ITTO Q/a and simple EV calculation questions. There ar elot of Q on Risk.

For all Future aspirants, here is brief idea of paper :-

5-6 Q on type of risk (mitigation, avoid.....)

3-4 easy Q on EV calculations

4-5 Q on QA Vs QC

30 - 40 ITTO Q (Easy but tricky)

15 Procurement Q

15 Q on Risk

15 Q on Quality

30 - 50 Q on Initiation/Closing/Ethics

 

Exam Process

I frist simply marked one liner answers, in second pass, i completed 3-4 lines Q and in third pass I finally reviewed all Q....It took me 2 hr 45 min to ive all answers

Thanks for the break down of your exam.  One of things that cought my attention is that you had time for 3 passes. Is there a trick for that ? . In 2nd and 3rd pass did you review just marked questions or all ?


It takes me atleast 3 hours for me to complete first pass in all mock test , (mostly lengthy questions).  I am trying to cut down to 2.30 or even 2 hours if possible.

Hi,

 

In the first pass, I marked all single line Q..about 150  (1 hr 45 min)

In second pass, I marked 50 lengthy Q (2-3 lines) (50 min )

In both of these pass, I marked the Q to be reviewd later

In final pass, I reviewd abt 60 Q (30 min)
