Success rate on 4th Edi EXAM with 3rd edi PREP

I have prepared well with PMBOK 3rd Edition, along with other material RITA book (PMP exam prep). I am ready to take exam on 3rd edition, but exam syllabus/reference is changed to PMBOK 4th Ed, from 01-July-09

1)  Can I proceed and take exam on 4th Edition, with my full knowledge on 3rd Ed.

 2) If I prepare 100% in 3rd edition, will it be passible to get 95% same questions in 3rd edition

3) What is the typical time (effort Hrs) to migrate from 3rd ed to 4th Edition.

4) Are we getting PMP course books like RITA etc for 4th Edision.? If not how to manage.

1.  I am preparing for 4th edition. I have gone through 3rd edition too. Basic remains same always. I don't think there would be any problem preparing for 3rd edition and giving exam to 4th edition. (This is my personal openion)

2.  Yes.

3.  Not much. Please go through list of changes between 3rd and 4th editoin, available at PMI site or on many other sites.

4. Yes it is available.
