There are two ways to earn your PDUs - either attend classroom sessions provided by PMI’s Registered Education Providers or attend online sessions (video tutorials). It’s hard to give an objective view on what is best because both of them have their pros and cons.

Firstly you should read CCR handbook - http://www.pmi.org/-/media/pmi/documents/public/pdf/certifications/ccr-c...
There are number of ways to get free PDUs. You can get them from work and self study. If you search on the net, you will find number of free webinars.
I think a better way is get PDUs by attending some good training e.g on leadership, communication, team development etc. This will help you in gaining new knowledge & skills that will ultimately help in your career.
For a short time, Udemy is offering lifetime access to all its courses for flat $10. You can search for some good courses - 3 Steps To Find Best Udemy Course
Or you can look at top Udemy courses.
All the best.
