Confuse about Scope management plan vs PM plan

Hello all, I start to study PMP but I soon start confusing

For Project Management Plan, it consists of Scope management plan

but for the ITTO, INPUT of Scope management plan contains Project Management Plan,

so for the sequence, what should I start first?? Finish Project Management Plan first? or Scope management plan first? thanks

You are getting confused because the concepts are new to you. Read other books like Rita, head first which are simple to understand, then once you get grasp of  subject these answers will be easy for you

Project management is a vast field and it is common to find such overlapping concepts. The best way to eliminate confusion and get the required knowledge is to invest in any of the below PMP books:

Head First PMP, PMP certification by George G Angel or PMP Exam Preparation by Rita

These books are very well drafted and written in a concise way for a beginner or an experienced professional to understand easily.

In fact, it is advisable to buy all 3 and go through each book for more practice.
