Schedule PMP exam 2nd time

Hello all, I have failed the exam on 12/30 and trying to schedule 2 nd time but keep getting the following error "The eligibility id provided does not exist."

Please advise!

I think you need to pay the fees and then you get a different eligibility id right ? Not 100% sure .. can you write to PMI or call Prometric.

I am also facing the same issue,pls help to advice

Hi

You need to pay the fees for second attempt. Which is USD 275 for PMI active member and USD 375 for a non member.
