ebook payment

ot sure if anyone else has had this happen, but after paying for my ebook from pmzilla, they will not return my emails.
I have sent 4 now, i get the auto-reply back and then nothing...
Not sure what else I can do at this point...just want to study the material I have paid for...

wow, 5 emails and a forum post, still no reply. Is there a reason for this?
Seems like someone there might have time to reach out to assist a paying customer.

Will check, we generally send the ebook within 24 hours or less. What is your mode of payment. Its possible your email would have gone in spam
