I would not like to reply the above question in one line i.e. "Yes, it is sufficient to pass" or "No, it is not sufficient to pass". Better to read the following experience.

I studied the FastrackV8 all questions and also took plenty of simulated 4 hrs. exams. Many of us have misconception that real PMP exam has got all long paragraphed questions! Actually the real exam has many one line basic questions regarding ITTO. Fastrack V8 questions are also set in the same style of real exam i.e. mixed situations i.e. long as well as short (1 line) questions. Also, FastrackV8 has lot of twisted questions on Dev. Proj. charter, Dev. proj. mgmt. plan, Direct and manage project work, M&C, PICC, close project or phase, characteristiccs of WBS, relation between validate scope and control quality, perform QA, proc. audit, difference between proc. audit and close  project or phase etc. etc. The questions on Risk chapter have been sufficiently covered for real exam.

Numericals are also available sufficiently in the FastrackV8 specially related to type of contracts, PTA, Network diagram related to change of Critical Path with activity duration change, float etc. However numericals related to EVM (mainly EAC, ETC, TCPI), EMV and Comm. chanels are for too simple situations. We need to practice numericals based on some more complex situations on EVM, EMV, specially for EMV!      

Overall, Fastrack V8 questions are of high quality and questions are set keeping in mind real exam, barring questions on stakeholder chapter!  However, the price set for the 'simulations packege' by RMC Solutions is exorbitant and needs to be brought down.
