My name on my identification and scheduling notification does not exactly match

Hi all,
Now, I am preparing to make schedule with Prometric, but I have error as below:
"My name on my identification and scheduling notification does not exactly match"
I already submited request to PMI to change my name 2.5 day ago (from Mar-03) but I don't receive any response now.
Pls help me, how can I correct my name on my identification?

Call PMI customer care
Hi,
Please call PMI customer care and get your issue resolved asap. Hope you still have time for your exams else if there is a mismatch you may not be allowed to take your examination. Please know that Prometric Testing Centers are very strict when it comes to granting permission to the right candidate to take up the exam.
