Project Management Team VS Project Manager

As far as I know, Project Manager is not a memeber of Project Management Team but both are members of Project Team.

So, what is the difference between Project Manager and Project Management Team in their Role & Responsibilities?

What are the members of Project Management Team?

Project Manager - The person assigned by the performing organization to achieve the project objectives.

Project Management Team - The members of the project team directly involved in the project management and leadership activities.

But so what members are in the Project Management Team? Functional Managers? Senior Management? Delivery Manager?

And you mentioned "members of the project team directly involved in the project management", so seems PM is also directly involved in Project Management? Is PM a member of the Project Management Team?

You mentioned "leadership activities", so is Project Management Team leading PM as well? Who has more power?
