1) The procurement management plan is an input to identify stakeholders because:
 
A) The procurement statement of work includes a complete list of project stakeholders
B) All parties to the contract are stakeholders
C) All stakeholders must receive a copy os the contract
D) The plan includes the result of market research to identify additional stakeholders
 
I chose D because, Market research is the tool of plan procurement management and the result of which provides the source to find the contracts and hence the stakeholders.
But the answer is B. As per my understanding procurement Documents (not the procurement management plan) contain the list of procurements
 
Can someone please clarify
 
 
 
2) The human resource department wants to hire a new project manager from within the company.
They can chose from the following candidates: Candidate A has a good management knowledge;
candidate B has a good project management knowledge;candidate C has solid technical knowledge;
Candidate D has general management, project management and technical skills. Who is the BEST candidate ?
 
A) Candidate B
B) Candidate D
C) Candidate C
D) Candidate A
 
I chose A) Candidate B because it meets the requirement. Also I believe I read the same somewhere
But the answer is B) Candidate D
 
Can someone please clarify

C) +/- 10%
D) -75 % to +25 %
 
I chose A) , but the answer is C

4) So far I have given the following tests - 
 
Oliver Lehmann (175) - 63%
Oliver Lehmann (75)  - 68%
 
Rita PM Fastrack1 - 79.5%
Rita PM Fastrack2 - 81%
Rita PM Fastrack3 - 75.5%
 
I am quite upset on losing the track on the 3rd PM fastrack exam.
 
How  I am doing on the mock tests considering there are repeated questions as well. 
My exam is scheduled on 1st Sept. I am really worried. Please suggest

Q1 : refer PMBOK page 394: 5th edition

you are here trying to identify your stakeholders, you will find those names where ?

In Project charter.... and in contracts.... and hence Proc. doc. is input to this process

Market research is a tool... result of market research is your proc. doc..... which has names of your contractors....true...

 but the question is ASKING why u will use those names ?

BECAUSE they are STAKEHOLDERS ;)

Q2: has to be D : you need all three, to remember this, think that you all the project management process but you don't know how to communicate, how to make people do work for you, don't know how to motivate them, you don't understand a word of the technical documents or what the technical team discusses during meeting.... what do you think will happen to the project ?

Refer PMBOK Page 17 : 1.7.1 5th edition

Q3 : the Answer A is right, don't worry; at times all these free sites are not 100% right and have some bugs

just follow the PMBOK
