Changes to Procurements

Just I have a conflict ..

for any change that might be reguested for contract, will it be handled/approved through the Integrated Change Contol process (CBB) normally or through the Contract Change Control System ? And who might be involved in the committe?

Hi Dina,

Changes to a contract must first be agreed by all parties concerned, and follow the change control process outlined within the contract itself. Yes, first it will be in Contract Change Control and the ICC will look for the overall process of approval or rejection.

so that's mean, it will go through the Contract Change Control first (The procedure for handling Contract Changes) then will be oberlooked by the CBB for the final Approval/Rejection ! Am I right ?
