3 little steps, must be followed in this order:-
1) Memorize the 47 processes by using Richard Kraneis' spreadhsheet method.
2) Read the PMBOK Guide. 1 or 2 chapters per day
3) Do ALL the practice questions from PMtraining.com until you consistently get about 80% and above

Richard Kraneis's Thank You - Three Little Steps
Alasway,
Thank you for mentioning my method for memorizing the 47 PMP processes as being your first step to success in passing the PMP test.
You have given all the readers of this website a simple 1-2-3 method for passing the PMP if they just take your advice.
1) Memorize the 47 processes. This is so obvious, why doesn't every PMP student do it? People need to memorize the 47 PMP processes at the beginning of their studies, and they will find all of their studying will make more sense.
2) Read the PMBOK guide. So many PMP students try to avoid this basic step. People complain that PMBOK is too boring or to dry to read. In this hyper-video smart phone culture people need to realize that some books are NOT written for their entertainment. PMBOK may be a little dry, a little boring, but when you read it and study PMBOK, it becomes more and more interesting.
3) Test at 80%. Those of us who are PMP's know what it means when you wrote, "Do ALL the practice questions from PMtraining.com until you consistently get about 80% and above." Whether someone uses PMtraining.com or PMZilla's test service, the key is to test at a very high score. If you pre-test successfully, you will pass the test successfully.
Alasway, thanks again for mentioning my method for memorizing the 47 PMP processes on Pmzilla, the largest PMP student website in the world.
Best Wishes on Using Your New PMP Designation,
