Question on - Quality Audits

116. A project customer and a contractor agreed on regular quality audits during execution by a third party audit team, which is working on an assignment for the customer. What should the contractor have prepared for the audits?

1 Work results
2 Measurements and test results
3 Quality documentation
4 Contract-related correspondence

Guys,

for this question, the right answer is 3 and I am not too sure what does Quality documentation is required for that.. but here is what I think of the other answer

1 = Probably for Quality control, not Quality Audit ? is that right ?
2 = Probably for Quality control, not Quality Audit ? is that right ?

3 = not too sure
4 = When there is claims and you want to document the agreement or development, so nothing with Audits

any one ?

Amazing pmbok. Every time i realize that it is not in line with my logic.

Definition is: Quality Audits. A quality audit is a structured, independent process to determine if project activities comply with organizational and project policies, processes, and procedures.

It is not mentioned there, but seems like Quality documentation = organizational and project policies, processes, and procedures.

How should i know that - there is no Quality documentation definition in pmbok. It can be whatever.

 

imho 1,2,4 are applicable as well as the question doesn't ask any "most" or "first"

1. Auditor may check if work results are properly handled and documented, if change requests are correctly implemented

2. Auditor may check if measurements and tests were done with determined level of correctness

4. Audit of communication policies may be a part of quality management process

what do you think from my understanding...

 

i tought 1-2 are more for quality control, as it verify Result not process

and 4 are more for issue in procurement

Not exactly in my opinion.

Quality management covers all processes, policies and procedures including procurement.

Procurement audit covers only closure.
