How to start PMP exam preparation?

I am planning to start my PMP exam preparation starting this week and planning to complete it by Dec 2014. Need valuable guidance from where to start and how to start? Just to update that I did take PMP course (35 PDU) in around 2012, but somehow was not able to continue my studies and lost track.
