PMP Audit

Hello Guys,

Can anyone please share your experience on getting through an audit process. My application has been selected for audit and one of the contact person listed on my application form is over seas and not responding to my emails, in such a case getting the experience verification form signed by some one else who was closely associated with the project be considered valid for audit success?  Any one who had a similar case?

Refer to handbook. As far as I know you can get signature of another person in this company or somebody from HR if your are still working there.

Hi,

 

As of my knowledge, you can get from anyone related to that project or who can assure your experiance details. even your team member. I too had a similar challange. Luckily i didnt get in to Audit.

Most Importantly, You have to mention the reason why different person is signed than mentioned person. Kindly call to PMI local Customer care they can provide better details.

Yeah I was audited.

Do what your instructions tell you to, they are exactly correct.

I just sent the files I has submitted to my two former employers, they signed, mailed back to me, I put the envelopes they sent back into a bigger envelope (unopened) and then sent the whole package to PMI. A week or so later I was good.
