Hi Folks,
 
From the following information, how can you tell if the project was closed or terminated/cancelled?
SPI=0.7 and CPI =1

if the project was closed you know it was terminated and not complete becuase if the project closed at completion the SPI qould be 0.  I would say it was terminaded becuase it was behind schedule.

SV could be 0 (zero) at project completion. SPI can not be zero.

I was thinking SV,  then SPI should be 1 at completion.
