Help in filling PMP Form (for IT operations)

Hi,
I was filling the PMP application form and this question struck me, was not able to frame this one right.
I have 12 months of experience working in operations where i managed some plans related to changes, tracking resource utilization, managing quality docs and generating reports.
Will PMI accept this if i mention i was part of IT operations support team and managaged this related to project management. What project name should i add as i was fully with operations team and project had no name as such except i was part of IT operations.

As long as you have spent 4500 hours on project management related activities you should not have any issue.

Project name is not mandatory, you can mention -"IT Operations for xyz"

I had the same question as being a part of IT-OPS / support 

 

we dont have much in Initiating ...rest we can write many activities.....related to PM

It's not mandetory to have worked with all processes or process groups.

with IT service Ops, you would have dealt with quality, risk and M&C related processes.

Its bit tricky, PMI expect you need to have experience in managing projects and in all domains, you can have some projects where all domain is not covered but in total you should have experience in all.
