How to start RMP exam preparations?

Can somebody who recently passed RMP exam share his experience?
Where to start from?
Which books is better to start with?
How long time needed to prepare for the exam?

You can read the LL posted here in this forum, generally RMP is not as popular certification unless your job demands or your company has specific use for it.

If you are in project you can do PRINCE2 Practitioner after PMP.

Dear Admin,
Dear Admin,
I will be needing your kind advice regarding,
is it worth doing PRINCE 2 after PMP, According to my information both are considered equal in industries.
Shouldn't I go for Pgmp or any other higher certification then?
