What is the best way for someone to earn the 35 PDUs for the PMP certification?

This really depends on the person. Not one person is a like.

Typically you can do these in:
4 Day Boot Camp
Virtual PMP Class
Self Pace Online Class

You Can simply take up the course at any REP of PMI and Gain the 35 Contact hour Certificate.

This helps by saving the time.

The term "best way" is difficult to explain.

There are different ways to get 35 Contact Hours. You can go for either physical classroom or online course to earn the contact hours.

I selected the classroom session provided by PMstudy and it was the best way for me, because I had very less time in hand to become PMP certified. So its basically depends on you.
