Dear Friends,

I have passed PMP today.I had been a silent member and my journey towards attaining PMP was not an easy one.In fact I have started in 2008 and dropped.Once I appeared and failed.This exam was really an eye opener for me.With a lot of experience in IT and certification exams I had under estimated the exam. I appeared in 2013 and failed again due to my lack of speed in maths.By this time PMBOK had under gone two revisions.

I have to express my gratitude towards many people. I have used materials of Cornelius Fichtner(prepcast), Tutor Ali 's materials and videos from Dave Litten.Pmzilla's discussions were really helpful too.used the following books.

pmp preparation by Zohel Akther (good book but pricey)
http://pablolledo.com exam (simulator - really worth for 29.9 us dollars)
pmstudy 4 exams and chapter tests(recently there was an offer for 7 days).

Scordo's book and pablolledo simulator will really test your knowledge about the process in the PMBOK .I used Rita to stuy the bullet points.Read PMBOK once.

Exam was really hard .Lot of maths questions which really steals your time. Finished the exam before 3 minutes.Scored moderately proficient in all areas.Exam tests rigorously your knowledge in risk management, change management, quality and procurement.
