Hi All, this is my first post here in this site . Like your inputs in understanding the Question and answers.
Team morale is low , as a PM what should be ur next action .
1.Identify the work challenges and reassign the team members
2.Use Maslow's theory and find the need for individual team member and take action
3.Increase the pay scale
4. Involve HR department
Am confused between Option 1 and 2 . From my understanding, Maslow theory can be relevant once we know the reason for individuals needs if it is social or psychological or related to esteem . Only if it is related to esteem then PM may take action .

First responsibility of project manager is to find the root cause in any type of PMP questions as a PM what should be ur next action either is of new change, conflict etc.
If team morale is often low, perhaps members don't see the significance of their work. You can help change their perspective by coaching them to view their contributions differently.
