Q1. There is no mention of termination being a unilateral activity by one of the parties in the PMBoK. So D cannot be the right answer.

Q2. Legal experts means the people who have law degree. Its not "always" needed to have legal experts do contract administration.

When words like always, never, etc are used, you have to be careful in answering.

Q2. Ok, i understand why (.a) is not a good answer. So, the "best" response is (.d) as indicated by my documentation.

Q1. is much more confused for me :(.
(a.) For me, as described in "RITA PMP Exam prep", a "termination is stopping the work before it is completed" (page 491) so "termination" always means "early termination". So answers (.a) is not good.
(b.) I have never see "audit of inspection reports" in the "close project" process group and moreover, procurement management is not related to the "close project" process group so (.b) is not a good answer.
(c.) A termination is not a process group so (c.) is not a good answer too. It is much more an event.
(d.) As mentioned, there is no mention of termination being a unilateral activity by one of the parties in the PMBoK. Question : are there some situation in which a procurement can be closed unilaterally ?

So, i am still lost ? Where is the mistake in the 4 points above ?

Thank for help

Termination can be a unilateral activity if its defined in the contract terms and condition, here its trying to define termination as "always" being a unilateral activity. Which is incorrect.
