Finally i pass the PMP!!
(My parent language is Traditional Chinese, so please take easy to my bad grammar English or TYPO.)

==The Story==
As somebody know on PMZilla, i fail on 19/Jun/2014 with 2MP3BP

I start my self-study since Dec/2013, i have not attend any boot camp, class, group-learning etc.
From Monday to Friday, i study 4 hour per day when office hour....(when my boss not in office...hooooo...)
And Saturday do 100 question from various source and take rest on Sunday.

What materials i study until first try, you can refer to the post of above Url.

I can say you can't imagine how i depressed, sad, no direction, high-pressure after failed on 1st attempt.
And i have spend 1 week to recover and think what i miss, what i did wrong, how can i get better result and plan a new study plan to prepare 2nd attempt.

== 2nd attempt==
Today i try the 2nd times after 1 month from 1st attempt.

In this month,
1. I have did more mock test about 2000Q:
(a)RITA Process Group: Planning, M&C, Execute and ensure i can get over 75% correct answer.
But i am really over-use Rita Fast Track, some of question&answer i answer by memorize.
(b)TechFAQ360 200Q
(c)All Mock test and KA test in Christopher Scordo.
(d)Kim Heldman 200Q (I stop to do after i discover the edition of the ebook offer from PMI member (Books24x7) is base on PMBOK3, but still good to try, it more difficult compare to Scordo)

2. Skimming the PMBOK 1 time and Rita 1 times, try to remember most ITTO, but actually it is impossible to me, but 60% on each process i can memorized.
Understand why need the INPUT needs and why the OUTPUT have made.
Basically, i agree you don't need memorize ITTO to pass PMP, but my 2 times of real exam, it is about 10 question is asking about Input/Output.

3. Play the Rita process chart game and at least got 90% correct.
4. Understand the 4 EAC formula,when to use which, not just memorize them and just pick 1 on real exam. You will be pick wrong answer too.
5. Understand some area not have detail description on PMBOK,e.g. 2/3/6 Sigma, TQM, Marginal analysis etc.
6. On last few days, i read [The PMP Exam Made Easy Your 24-Hour Study Guide to Passing, 2013 Edition by Ron Ponce and Christopher Scordo], you can find it on Books24x7.
Use this book be a check list, due to study PMP is a long duration, somethings you will forget after you study, use this to find out what you forgotten.

I have record my mock exam history to a Google SpreadSheet, everytime i finish a mock exam, i will do a record for my metric.

Just that, and i goes 2nd attempt today with no expectation, because i don't want depressed again, i also check the prometric schedule and see when i take 3rd attempt.
Luckily, i pass PMP -
Initial: MP
Planning: MP
Exeuting: MP
M&C: P (surprise!)
Closing: BP :(

I got 4 mintues left to time-up, and i mark 2 question to review.
One more things , the font of the exam terminal is different,
1st time is likely Arial or Tahoma, but this time, the font is cute, it is fat and round.

There are about 3 question similar to my 1st attempt in S-Curve and WBS question.
Not much motivation theory question,
Many Communcation, Stakeholder, Project Integration, Human Resource question.
I wonder why so less question on Quality, Risk, Procument that i meet on 1st attempt.
More situation question than my 1st attempt.

== Additional advice==
1. Don't try to guess the exam focus on which KA, but you may know you must focus on Planning, Execution, M&C, two of them got BP = FAIL.
2. Don't over self-confident like me on first try, i got average 63% on mock exam and i think i am ready.
3. Join PMZilla forum and Linkedin - "I want to be PMP" Group, ask your question polite and clearly. Many professtional here and pleasure to answer your question. you just need them, you don't need third one.
4. If you are Chinese speaker, it better don't rely the language aids of PMP exam, the translation is not very well, i use the language aids for single word tranlation as well.
5. Don't Double-click the answer, the selection will be uncheck if you click one more times! I have a bad habit of that.
6. Get a good sleep before D-Day, it is easy to fell asleep after you answer 100 question.
