Need help in choosing an organisation that offers 35 hrs PDU

Hi

There is an organisation by the name of 'iCert Global' that is offering a 4 day training in my city for PMP along with the 35 hrs PDU.

Can anyone please suggest if 'iCert Global' is worth it?
Also how do I validate that the 35 hrs PDU that they will be providing will be accepted in the PMP registration.

The cost for 35 contact hours is $100

Contact their sales via chat and they might give you 10% off.

Hi, first check at PMI website with REP ID. If it is listed under PMI REP directory, then 35 PDUs they offered stands valid and hence, will be accepted.

As stated before, check with PMI's Registered Education Provider (REP) list at http://www.pmi.org/Professional-Development/REP-Find-a-Registered-Educat... I wasn't able to find this vendor there. You should check if it is PMI-REP or not. Even no-REPs are allowed to deliver PMP training but REP trainngs are pre-approved by PMI.

HAving said that, if you want to do a classroom training, then you should find the best trainer in your city. I think one must give more priority to trainer than to the institute. An aspirant remains in contact with the trainer for 4 days, institute has very little role during these 4 days. If the trainer is not good then 4 days and the money goes waste. So, find out few good trainers, look at their linkedin profiles and talk to them.
