I cleared PMP today after 4 months of hard work. (Thanks GOD). Read Rita 2* times and PMBOK reviewed many times after every practice test (PMBOK gets easy after reading Rita). Didn't memorize ITTOs at all. so dont waste your time memorizing them. once your are good with all knowledge areas, you get comfortable with 80-90 % of ITTOs and Rita chart.

Headfirst – 200Q               - done - 91%  (Close to real exam)
PMStudy                            - done - freetest.79% - paid test4. 80% (Close to real exam)
ExamCentral – 200Q          - done - 83% - 83% - 82% - 85% - 86%
PMPForSure  100Q free     - done - 68% - 88%
Rita Fastrack PMP              - done - 93% - 95% - 98%
Rita Fasttrack SuperPMP   - done - 90% - 93%
Rita Knowledge area test    - done - all 1600 Questions
ProcProfs free 200Q            - done - 85%

Most important thing, try to integrate your concepts from process groups and make notes of  LL and observations out of every test and try to fillin the gaps.
